    The Philly Cheesesteak are good, but it's not worth being jammed into a small area, being rushed to order, and rushed to do everything! If I ever come back I'll probably call in then pick up to avoid the hassle.

    2 stars for food! 1 star for customer service.

    I would give a  zero star but it won't let me. They made me wait in a phone order for the fries. After a 1/2 hour I remind them about my fries.  They then hand me a bag and I walk out. Get home and no philly cheese steak. They did not put my sandwich in the bag. This is the worst customer service I have had.  I will no longer go to this store. If I want the food I will get it by my work out if state. This store is crap. I will not be back.

    Service was terrible. Tall man that takes orders was rude.  Food was great. Layout is terrible. There is another Penn Station equal distance from me I will try.

    Great change from drive thru food.  The sandwich is fresh and the bread crisp.  The fries are made to order and the lemonade will bring you back for more.
